How Much Will I Earn with Gourmet Ads?

It varies greatly between publishers and is best answered in a blog we wrote on the subject, How Much Will I Earn?

What CPM Rates do Gourmet Ads offer?

CPM Rates will vary significantly based on a number of variables, such as where your audience is based to what Ad Units you run on your site. We also take into consideration the Click Through Rate of your site. We've explained this in detail in the blog What CPM Rate can I Expect?

What Revenue Model does Gourmet Ads offer?

Gourmet Ads provides advertising on a CPM basis which is an acronym standing for "Cost Per Mille", with "Mille" standing for "1000". So, "CPM" represents the fee we pay per 1000 ad impressions. If you had two ads per page, then you would only need to display 500 pages views (2 Ads x 500 Page Impressions) to generate 1000 Ad Impressions.

Who are the Advertisers on Gourmet Ads?

Gourmet Ads works with some of the world’s biggest brands in the Food, Kitchen, Grocery and Home sectors. We also work with many non-endemic advertisers to reach your food audience. For a sample list of advertisers click here.

What happens when I am approved by Gourmet Ads?

When you are approved by Gourmet Ads, we'll send you a welcome email which includes a link to our Quick Start Guide and your Ad Tags which are best suited for your site. To get started, simply copy and paste these into your website or ad server and then you'll beginning earning revenue. Initially ads running through your tags will be a combination of Run of Network, Remnant and House Ads which will provide 100% Fill. We'll progressively add new campaigns over the following days. However it can take up 6 to 8 weeks for all running campaigns to be allocated to your site. The is because many advertising agencies will need to approve your website before we ad your site to a campaign they are running.

How long does it take to be approved into Gourmet Ads?

Gourmet Ads receives dozens of publisher applications each week. Each site is reviewed by our editorial staff and we only accept sites if they are eligible.
Depending on the number of publisher applications we have, it can be as quick as 1 day through to 8 weeks. We need to ensure there is a careful balance of advertisers to publishers.

Priority is given to sites that have;

a) Two Ad Units Above the Fold
b) Allow at least 2 High Visibility Ad Units
c) Have published a Privacy Policy and provided the link to us
d) Have signed a Comscore Traffic Assignment Letter
e) Have filled in our Placements Questionnaire so we know what Ad units we can sell.
