Background Skins provide Publishers High CPM Rates
Background Skins, which are often referred to as Background Advertising or Wallpaper Advertising is a very effective tool for advertisers running branding campaigns with similar metrics to those of a TV media buy.
Gourmet Ads serve Background Skins using a 3rd Party Tag via our ad server. We use the ad server delivery method, as often advertisers choose to synchronize the background skin with regular display units for maximum impact and engagement.
From a technical perspective, our publisher team will provide you a Background Skin Ad Tag (often a 1×1 Pixel) which will need to be placed into the Footer of your site or food blog. Prior to launching a Background Skin campaign we’ll contact publishers accepting these units and test the advertising creative to ensure there is no issues.
